At this point, it’s pretty obvious I’m obsessed with sweets. I don’t know what my problem is, but I’ll blame it on the holidays for now!
This fudge recipe is super easy and only requires 4 ingredients! You can make it and leave it plain or top it with whatever toppings you desire. Letting the kids put sprinkles on it is fun or making it after they go to bed and hiding in the closet to eat it over the next few days is also fun! Enjoy!!
24 oz good quality chocolate
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Line a baking pan with foil and set aside.
2. Mix all ingredients in a heat-proof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
Stir until mixture is smooth and remove from heat.
3. Spread the mixture into prepared baking pan and smooth out the top.
Add sprinkles, walnuts, chocolate chips.. whatever you like!
4. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
*You can also use the microwave to melt ingredients together.
Heat in 1 minute intervals, stirring between each one until mixture is smooth.
*Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or in the fridge for 2 weeks.
