Cooler weather is here and thank goodness because I don’t know how many more 90 degree days I can take. I’m ready to start layering my outfits and honestly can’t wait to wear a scarf every single day.
The day I’ve been waiting for and dreading all at the same time is almost here. My first baby, Ayva, is starting pre-school. The closer it gets, the more I dread it. I just want to keep my baby home with me, but I know that’s selfish. She is going three days a week, for half days, so it’s not so bad I guess. It’s going to be so great for her. I know she will love it and do amazing! It’s been so fun “back to school shopping” with her. We have all of her school supplies, a back pack, lunch box.. we’re ready. Well, she’s ready. I’m not.
I’m normally all about Old Navy and H&M for kid’s clothes, but I recently discovered the cutest little line of kid’s clothing at Nordstrom, Tucker + Tate. The clothes are so cute, original and great quality, too! A lot of their summer items are on sale, while their fall collection is coming in. Their new fall items are included in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, which is coming to a close in a few days — August 6th.
Gingham print and summer go together like peanut butter and jelly. I even have red gingham pillows out on my couch. (Ok, confession.. they’ve been there all year). But I just love the print! It makes me think of picnics, sunshine, lemonade.. all the summer feels.
This is my first summer pregnancy (and probably my last pregnancy, ever.. maybe)
These Genuine Kids from OshKosh® jean shorts are simply adorable! They are giving us fourth of July vibes, especially when paired with red accessories! And those gold-tone buttons are the perfect touch! These shorts are definitely a summer must-have!
I’m so jealous of this little girl’s tan, but even more jealous of that hat! I found these shoes in my size on amazon to match hers, but they don’t look nearly as cute on me. She insisted on these sunglasses; guess she wanted a splash of color added to this outfit. Scroll through to shop a similar look for your threenager!
